8:00 11 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.

Brody Square at MSU, East Lansing, MI

$99.00 per person
Includes: breakfast, lunch, midmorning break, and the workshop

This workshop offers you awarenessstrategies, and techniques based on research from the E.I. literature, Physiology, and many sources outside these fields.
You will leave with new ideas about emotions, strategies for “surfing” emotions regardless of their intensity,  and knowledge of how to  channel emotion toward your goals.
This will be a practical approach, not an academic one. It will be interactive rather than lecture-based.

Carol and I have worked together at two companies. Carol brought exceptional professionalism, organization, and training abilities to both organizations, and mentored me in those same areas. I would work with her again any time!
