Born with missing fingers and shortened forearms, Paul Artale still dreamed of being a college football player but was cut from the high school team in his senior year. Six years later Paul resurrected that dream by running onto the field at the University Toronto. Just like that, the H.I.T.T. Hard! philosophy was born. What followed was a six year journey in college football as both a player and a coach.

"Paul's message was the most impactful, energetic and well received by our graduates. I have never had so many graduates, faculty or staff provide such positive
feedback regarding a speaker as they did for Paul."
- Cindy Whittum, Executive Director, Career Quest Learning Centers

Using Paul's emotional and challenging journey in football as the backdrop, The H.I.T.T. Hard! Program shows you how to shed the "attitude of disability" and achieve the goals and dreams you have always wanted. After participating in the program, attendees will:

  • Become inspired to overcome the obstacles in their lives
  • Learn how to overcome the attitude of disability
  • Gain practical goal setting and achievement strategies
  • Learn how to react to challenges in a proactive manner

"Paul is a very talented speaker who utilizes his wit, intelligence, enthusiasm for life, and past experiences to engage any audience."
-Alexa Tashjian, VP Programming, Michigan State University

H.I.T.T. Hard! can be delivered as a keynote speech, interactive workshop or both! Paul has delivered this program to audiences of different sizes and backgrounds. H.I.T.T. Hard! is perfect for:
